Cranleigh Area Basic - OTE

Are you an experienced Service Advisor with a passion for delivering top-tier customer service in the motor trade Join a high-end independent garage known for quality reputation and a loyal customer base.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Welcoming customers and managing their service bookings
- Liaising between customers and the workshop to ensure smooth communication
- Advising on recommended work providing accurate estimates and upselling where appropriate
- Maintaining detailed records and ensuring a seamless service experience from start to finish
What Were Looking For:
- Motor trade experience (essential)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organised professional and able to multitask under pressure
- A team player with a proactive attitude
