As an Analyst in Deloitte Finance Transformation you will experience that no workdays are the same. You will face a wide range of tasks both in the form of interim-based roles and project-based assignments. Projects and tasks will vary across finance disciplines (e.g. operational finance or business finance) and industries (e.g. private or public) and within the first years of your career you will be assigned to as many different projects and tasks as possible to expand your toolbox and build on your financial craftmanship.
We go a long way to match you with the right assignments based on your competencies preferences and development aspirations. While considering your individual preferences when staffing you on assignments we recognize that trying different kinds of projects and assignments in practice will guide you in finding your professional passion.
Based on the specific clients needs and your interests experiences and competencies typical assignments and projects could be within the scope of:
- Finance operations optimization and transformation e.g. controlling month-end closing and reporting
- Transformation and digitalization of finance functions e.g. process optimization closing excellence internal controls advisory and leveraging technology solutions
- Enterprise performance management e.g. analytics budgeting forecasting and reporting
- ERP-enabled finance transformations and finance systems implementation e.g. outlining the ERP-strategy defining business requirements and ensuring consistent data migration
- Finance strategy and operating model e.g. designing service delivery models outlining roles and responsibilities and conducting assessments
- M&A readiness and finance post-merger integration
- Global business services transformations e.g. assessing developing and implementing shared service functions and aligning service delivery with corporate strategy
- Internal business development and leadership support e.g. assisting on client proposals facilitating events and developing material to strengthen our market offerings.
Onboarding and learning
When joining us you will participate in our onboarding programme designed with the purpose of giving you the best foundation for kickstarting your career in Deloitte. During your first two weeks you and your peers will attend our Finance Transformation Nordic Bootcamp and our Consultant Academy where the content is tailored to match your competencies as recent graduates. The Finance Transformation Bootcamp helps you in building your finance craftmanship and toolbox while the Consultant Academy prepares you for your consulting role in Deloitte Technology & Transformation. Also heavily focused on social activities and team-building the onboarding programme provides a smooth transition from university as it offers a unique opportunity to connect and build strong relations with your fellow new joiners from day one.

In addition to this you:
- Have completed a masters degree within the fields of finance economics business accounting social sciences IT or similar areas in the summer of 2026 or before
- Have achieved academic results from your bachelors and masters degree that you are proud of
- Demonstrate a flair for both oral and written communication and are fluent in English
- Have a legal working permit in Denmark
Although relevant job experience might be an advantage this is not a requirement.
