Job Summary

During your thesis you will set up the foundation for worldwide AI portfolio management together with other organizations and drive the scaling and portfolio management of AI initiatives ensuring alignment with business priorities and resource availability.
You will support the evaluation and prioritization of AI use cases conduct pre-studies and create decision templates for stakeholders to guide investments and project execution.
Furthermore you will establish governance frameworks standards and best practices for AI development deployment and rollout across teams.
To ensure smooth delivery of AI initiatives at scale you will coordinate the cross-functional stakeholders like data science engineering product and business units.
You will set up monitoring of project progress performance indicators and value realization ensuring that portfolio outcomes are measurable and transparent.
Finally you will actively support the integration of emerging AI technologies into the portfolio by scanning the market conducting feasibility studies and assessing their strategic fit.

Qualifications :

Education: studies in the field of Business Informatics Technology Management Computer Science Data Science or comparable
Experience and Knowledge: background in project or portfolio management ideally in the context of AI Data Science or IT transformation; first exposure to AI/ML concepts and applications through academic work or practical projects; familiarity with methods such as agile project management stakeholder management and value-based prioritization
Personality and Working Practice: you communicate well are a self-driven team player with high motivation to improve
Languages: fluent in English and good in German

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months
