The ANA Marketing Training & Development Center is looking for a detail-oriented training coordinator to join our successful team. The individual must be organized and able to handle multiple tasks accurately and on time. This individual must have initiative and a proven work ethic; strong written and oral skills along with the ability to prioritize and efficiently manage their time. MS Excel and Research skills are a addition the ideal candidate will also share our team values: exceptional customer service commitment to quality desire to achieve supportive collaboration humor and making work fun.
With experience the Coordinator position is designed to evolve into one that either focuses on ongoing support of the training unit or transitions into a role where the coordinator becomes an account manager responsible for managing the training needs of select ANA members.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist as required with lead generation and outreach to ANA members
Manage various aspects of workshop execution under tight deadlines:
Execution of virtual and in-person workshop training events
Generation of workshop registration links
Handle distribution of workshop materials for both in-person and virtual training events
Data input of workshop surveys
Manage all aspects of invoicing including accounts receivable
Handle multiple data inputs using MS Excel with accuracy and timeliness
Assist in monthly reporting as required
Monitor calls as required
Customer or marketplace research as assigned
Some travel: up to three workshops quarterly to monitor ANAs open enrollment workshops commencing when travel and in person training is again possible
Qualifications:
Relevant Associate or Bachelors degree from an accredited institution
Marketing knowledge and/or familiarity with training management is a plus
Some experience as a coordinator or comparable position in a service-oriented environment with experience in preparing meeting materials coordinating schedules formatting data in Excel and creating reports.
Strong written and verbal communication skills along with an outgoing customer service-oriented attitude
Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications with aptitude learning data and/or CMS systems.
Proficiency using Zoom and other virtual platforms
Attributes/Skills Required:
Time management; skill in balancing the attention needs of multiple projects at once
Attention to detail and being organized
Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
Writing and analytical skills
Judgment on when to take the initiative and when to seek help
Taking pride in the successful completion of a project
Salary and Total Rewards Package: Starting pay range:$50000 to $55000 based on relevant experience and qualifications.
