Qualifications and requirements:
Licenses: State of Tennessee or Multi-State LPN licensure Required
American Heart Association (AHA) OR American Red Cross Certifications
Basic Life Support (BLS) - Required to be current upon hire
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - Required within 6 months of hire
1 year LPN experience Required Experience in Family Practice and/or Specialty Physician Clinic Preferred
