Job Summary

Senior Associate Attorney Securities

Our Palm Beach Gardens branch is currently seeking an attorney with more than 9 years experience in the area of Securities. We offer an opportunity to work in a collegial environment without the billable hours requirements of big law.

Candidates must have an interest in Securities and a desire to develop and hone their skills in these areas:

1934 Act reporting and 1933 Act registered and exempt offerings.
SEC Reporting and Compliance.
Mergers and acquisitions.
