Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist (PT RPT) to join our team in Tallassee. This role involves working closely with students in a school-based setting providing essential therapy services that support their physical development and enhance their ability to participate fully in educational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students physical abilities and develop individualized plans to improve mobility and function.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions targeting gross motor skills balance coordination and strength.
  • Collaborate with teachers parents and other educational professionals to create supportive learning environments.
  • Monitor and document students progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Provide training and resources to school staff and families to support students physical needs.

Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Experience in pediatric or school-based therapy settings preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
