The Role of a Sales Executive at C-Therm

This is aspecialized outbound rolewithin a team-based sales function. Unlike traditional sales positions that combine prospecting closing and account management this role focusesexclusively on high-velocity outbound engagement. You will:

  • Execute structured campaigns designed by the marketing team.
  • Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to connect with potential clients.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations that introduce C-Therms value proposition and generate qualified opportunities.
  • Collaborate with in-house subject matter experts (scientists and engineers) who will support technical discussions and solution scoping.
  • Contribute to ateam-based performance modelyour success is measured by how well the entire team delivers results not by individual commissions.


This role isoffice-based in Fredericton NB with no travel requirements.


What Makes You a Strong Fit

  • At least1 year of sales or customer service experience(call center background is a plus).
  • Acompetitive spirit balanced with a strong belief in teamworkyou measure success by the collective win.
  • Natural persuasivenessyou are confident on the phone articulate ideas clearly and leave a lasting impression.
  • Bachelors degree in a STEM field (Chemistry Engineering etc.) is an asset but not required.
  • Multilingual ability is an advantage.
