ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in related areas.

Certification in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).

TOGAF certification or other recognized Enterprise Architecture framework credentials.

Experience developing governance frameworks and technology roadmaps for large enterprises.

Familiarity with Enterprise Business Systems including SAP integrations.

Architect configure and optimize ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture capabilities including Application Rationalization Technology Portfolio Management and Enterprise Modeling.

Design and deliver EA solutions that integrate portfolio data from external systems to support enterprise decision-making.

Leverage Predictive Intelligence and Performance Analytics to deliver real-time insights and performance metrics across portfolios.
