Job Description
Position Type:Hybrid
Hybrid Schedule: Onsite one week a month
Contract Length: 1 year extensions
The ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture Developer will design configure and deliver Enterprise Architecture capabilities that drive governance application rationalization and data-driven roadmaps. This role leverages integrations intelligent automation and portfolio insights to align technology investments with business strategy.
Required Skills:
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) OR ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Strong experience architecting and configuring ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture capabilities.
Hands-on experience with Application Rationalization Technology Portfolio Management and Enterprise Modeling.
Expertise in integrating portfolio data with external tools and systems.
Proficiency with automation and analytics using Predictive Intelligence and Performance Analytics.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in related areas.
Certification in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
TOGAF or other recognized Enterprise Architecture framework certification.
Experience building governance frameworks and technology roadmaps in large enterprises.
Architect configure and optimize ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture solutions.
Implement Application Rationalization Technology Portfolio Management and Enterprise Modeling within the EA suite.
Integrate portfolio data with external systems and tools.
Leverage Predictive Intelligence and Performance Analytics to deliver actionable insights.
Establish governance guardrails for application lifecycle management (invest sustain migrate retire).
Support rationalization efforts and build forward-looking technology roadmaps.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align EA solutions with enterprise strategy.
