Application Portfolio Management (APM) Technology Portfolio Management (TPM) and
Enterprise Modeling to align IT investments with business strategy while integrating portfolio data automating insights and driving modernization initiatives across the enterprise.
Required Skills:- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) OR ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Hands-on experience architecting and configuring ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture solutions.
Strong expertise in Application Rationalization Technology Portfolio Management and Enterprise Modeling.
Proven experience integrating portfolio data with external systems and tools.
Proficiency in automation and analytics using Predictive Intelligence and Performance Analytics.
Familiarity with ITIL / ITSM frameworks and enterprise governance models.
Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and in Agile cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Teams Word Excel PowerPoint) and Azure DevOps Testing Module.
Preferred Skills:ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in related areas.
Certification in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
TOGAF certification or other recognized Enterprise Architecture framework credentials.
Experience developing governance frameworks and technology roadmaps for large enterprises.
Familiarity with Enterprise Business Systems including SAP integrations.
Duties:Architect configure and optimize ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture capabilities including Application Rationalization Technology Portfolio Management and Enterprise Modeling.
Design and deliver EA solutions that integrate portfolio data from external systems to support enterprise decision-making.
Leverage Predictive Intelligence and Performance Analytics to deliver real-time insights and performance metrics across portfolios.
Establish governance guardrails for application lifecycle management (e.g. invest sustain migrate retire) and ensure strategic alignment with enterprise objectives.
Develop and maintain forward-looking technology roadmaps that guide investment and modernization decisions.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather analyze and translate enterprise architecture requirements into technical solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily stand-ups sprint reviews and retrospectives.
Follow Agile delivery practices to plan track and deliver ServiceNow EA capabilities on time and within scope.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to integrations performance and configuration.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and other team members.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow and Agile best practices.
Develop detailed project plans and timelines ensuring all deliverables meet defined milestones and quality standards.
Prepare and maintain documentation including technical and functional designs test scripts impact analysis reports and lessons learned.
Deliver regular progress reports and status updates to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams vendors and enterprise architects to ensure platform scalability and alignment with business strategy.
Work independently while maintaining accountability for assigned deliverables and overall solution quality.
Utilize tools such as Microsoft Office 365 and Azure DevOps (ADO) for communication collaboration and testing management.
