Job Description

Position Summary

The Receptionist is responsible for answering and directing incoming calls providing basic information to visitors and callers and greeting clients professionally. The role handles incoming and outgoing mails and coordinates appointments meetings and office events. They maintain office supplies and ensure a clean and organized workspace and assist with administrative tasks.

What will your job entail

Job Responsibilities:
Greet and direct visitors to the company.
Answer telephones and direct the caller to the appropriate associate.
Provide callers with information such as company address directions to the company location company fax numbers company website and other related information.
Schedule guests for entry through I-Visitor system.
Schedule and maintain conference room calendars.
Receive sort and forward incoming mail. Maintain and route publications.
Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx UPS Messenger etc.)
Order receive stock and distribute office supplies.
May also assist with other related clerical duties typing of memos photocopying faxing filing or collating.
Other relevant duties as assigned.


Work Experience and Education:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or a related field with 6 months to a year of related experience.
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and accept direction as required.
Ability to work collectively with the administrative team associates.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook Word and Excel.


Licenses & Certifications:
Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) or Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) is preferred.

The target hourly rate range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 per hour.

The wage range for this role considers many factors such as training transferable skills work experience licensure and certification business needs and market demands.
