Job Description

Now Hiring: Therapist Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Peoria AZ Deer Valley AZ
Department: Behavioral Health IOP

Join our team and make a lasting impact by supporting members in recovery from substance use PTSD post-incarceration challenges and co-occurring conditions.

What Youll Do

  • Facilitate IOP group sessions and provide individual therapy

  • Develop and update treatment plans

  • Apply evidence-based practices (CBT REBT MI)

  • Collaborate with care teams and families

  • Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality

What Youll Bring

  • Masters degree in behavioral health 2 years experience

  • Associate license (LAC LMSW LAAC) or ability to obtain within 6 months

  • Current CPR/First Aid & Crisis De-escalation certifications

  • Strong communication skills & EHR proficiency

  • 21 with ability to pass background check TB drug/alcohol screen and MVR clearance
