Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of immigration law experience focusing on nonimmigrant visas (E-2 H-1B L-1A/B Blanket and individual and TN as well as employment-based green cards (PERM EB-1(C) mostly) and family-based adjustments. The candidate is expected to hold a J.D. and be admitted to any state bar in the U.S. German language fluency is preferred but not required.
