Job Description
What will you be doing
- Leading a cross-functional team of Back-end and Front-end developers QA engineers.
- Owning and constantly improving scrum processes in the team removing friction in daily activities.
- Designing and implementing end-to-end product features in collaboration with UX Designers Product Owners and other Developers.
- Evaluating product needs and coming up with ideal solutions for it assessing complexity architecture and risks.
- Rapidly developing scalable flexible and high-performance systems with end-to-end ownership by monitoring and adjusting SLIs and SLOs.
- Continuously learn and apply modern development methodologies and tools.
- Deploy and maintain software in production.
- Proactively propose improvement ideas to reduce technical debt and increase business impact of your team.
Your Experience & Skills
- 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
- 2 years of experience as a Team Leader.
- Strong knowledge of modern front end technologies like React & Redux TypeScript Material UI Storybook.
- Hands on experience using Jenkins and TeamCity.
- Experience with UI table and chart libraries like AG Grid and Recharts.
- Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases is a plus.
- Experience with Java and Spring Framework is a plus.
- Understanding of modern front end architecture principles and design practices: micro frontend architecture SPA responsive design
- Ability to write high-performance reusable code.
- Good understanding of testing preferably using Jest Playwright Playwright BDD.
- Good English communication skills both written and verbal.
