About the role

We are looking for casual Personal Care Assistants to bring joy to our residents day. Working as part of a friendly and close-knit team your focus will be:

• Providing support and care according to the Care Plan and residents preferences and strengths
• Applying person-centred care approaches to all interactions with residents
• Considering the residents individual needs stage of life development and strengths when engaging in support activities

About you

You are an enthusiastic motivated self-starter who is eager to develop a career in aged care. To be considered for these roles you will need:

• Certificate III in Aged Care Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing Specialisation) or equivalent and/or Certificate IV in Aged Care Certificate IV in Ageing Support
• Previous experience working in an aged care facility
• Ability to build effective relationships and work within a team
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Availability to work dayshift is a must for these vacancies
