Job Summary
Immediate STAT Nurse Needed in Middlesex and Somerset County New Jersey
Whats a STAT Nurse
The STAT Program allows us to place the needs of our clients first serve each of them with the highest reliability keep our commitments as promised consistently deliver expected services and ultimately get the job done for every client we serve.
On-Going STAT Nurse Rates (Negotiable)
- $40/hr LPN
STAT Nurse Requirements:
- Upon hire the nurse is committed to working agreed upon shifts each week and will be compensated at the STAT rate for these hours even if cancelled. If nurse is cancelled from shift and refuses to work where reassigned nurse will not be compensated for that shift
- Employee is willing to work in assigned homes. Assigned homes may be within a 60 mile radius of the office
- Employee is willing to train to the top of their license (pediatric nurses would include infant as well as trach vent and IVs. Adult Nurses would include trach vent and IV)
- Employee is willing to precept other nurses to the care of the client.
- Each STAT take home assignment with a particular client will last no longer than 60 days unless extended by Director. If at any time employee chooses to commit to an ongoing schedule with any client employee will transition to a Full Time or Part Time employment track at that non-STAT rate.
- If there is not a current client transitioning home employee agrees to work where office assigns and will be compensated at the STAT rate. Notice of the schedule will be given the day prior to the shift up to 2 hours prior to the start of the shift. We make every effort to give a weeks notice but cannot always guarantee that their wont be changes.
Baylor Nurse Program Incentives in Middlesex/Somerset County New Jersey
- Additional 8 hours of pay as a bonus
- For qualifying weekend nurses
What Shifts Will Count Towards the Baylor Program
- Baylor shifts include any of those that start at 3 pm on Fridays through shifts that end at 7 am on Mondays
- You must be flexible in case assignments and covering other shifts in the event that you are canceled from your scheduled client
- Provide service to a client on two major holidays per year. You can choose the holidays that you will work
Requirements of the Baylor Program
- A minimum of 24 hours per weekend maximum of 32 hours per weekend
- *Bonus will only be paid on weekends that these requirements are fulfilled*
- Must not exceed 2 call outs or more per quarter

Available LPN Shifts:
- Morning evening or overnight
- 8s 10s or 12s (full shift work)
- PRN Part-Time or Full-Time
- No weekend or minimum requirements
Requirements:
- Current valid Licensed Practical Nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program
Pay: $32 - $35/hr
