Job Summary
As a bartender in our upscale dining environment you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will craft classic and contemporary cocktails with precision curate wine and spirit recommendations to complement our steakhouse menu and maintain a refined professional bar atmosphere. Responsibilities include:
Preparing and serving premium cocktails wine beer and non-alcoholic beverages to guests and servers.
Providing knowledgeable recommendations on wines spirits and pairings with menu items.
Upholding the highest standards of hospitality ensuring attentive personalized service.
Maintaining a clean organized and fully stocked bar.
Monitoring guest satisfaction and resolving issues with professionalism.
Following all safety sanitation and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Collaborating with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.
