About the Role

As a Pharmacy Manager youll go beyond dispensing medications. Youll lead your team engage with the community and deliver innovative healthcare services.

Your responsibilities will include:

Ensuring safe and accurate dispensing and medication management
Providing expert consultations and collaborating with healthcare professionals
Expanding services such as vaccinations health checks and medication reviews
Building strong community connections through events and workshops
Driving business performance through KPI management reporting and team leadership

About You

Current AHPRA Registration and Working with Children Check
Experience with 8CPA professional services DAAs and QCPP regulations
Skills in budgeting wages and GP management
Vaccination accreditation
Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
