About the Role
As a Pharmacy Manager youll go beyond dispensing medications. Youll lead your team engage with the community and deliver innovative healthcare services.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring safe and accurate dispensing and medication management
- Providing expert consultations and collaborating with healthcare professionals
- Expanding services such as vaccinations health checks and medication reviews
- Building strong community connections through events and workshops
- Driving business performance through KPI management reporting and team leadership
About You
- Current AHPRA Registration and Working with Children Check
- Experience with 8CPA professional services DAAs and QCPP regulations
- Skills in budgeting wages and GP management
- Vaccination accreditation
- Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
