The Senior IT Domain Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the cloud platforms systems and solutions deliver a superior connected experience for our consumer and business customers. Focus of the Role
As the Senior IT Domain Specialist you will perform a variety of System Administration and Engineering activities and provide technical escalation to the Telstra Level 3 Operations teams located around Australia. Daily activities include providing analytical reasoning and specialised technical expertise to investigate isolate and rectify complex incidents and problems escalated from the service desk. Along with Engineering based activities such as designing new complex solutions and delivering exciting projects.
This role is hybrid and will require you to work in the office 2 to 3 days a week or more when required.
