We are a progressive regenerative medicine and wellness clinic dedicated to helping patients restore health vitality and quality of life through innovative non-surgical therapies. Our services include joint injections Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) Whartons Jelly allografts and customized IV wellness treatments. Were expanding our team and seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) who is professional compassionate and passionate about holistic health.
Position Overview:
As a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) you will play a vital role in supporting our providers and delivering an exceptional patient experience. You will assist with procedures prep patients administer IVs (if within scope) and ensure smooth clinical operations in a positive wellness-focused environment.
Hours: 9am- 5pm; Thursday and Friday. Then Saturday 9am-1pm.
Responsibilities:

Greet and prepare patients for evaluations and treatments

Take vital signs record patient histories and update EMRs
-
Assist providers during procedures including PRP and joint injections
-
Administer or assist with IV therapies and injections (as allowed by certification and state scope)

Ensure exam rooms are clean stocked and ready for use

Educate patients on pre- and post-procedure instructions

Support front-desk functions such as scheduling answering phones and intake as needed

Maintain inventory of medical supplies and wellness products
Qualifications:
-
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential (required)

Current BLS/CPR certification (required)

1 year experience in a clinical setting (preferred)

Experience or interest in regenerative medicine IV therapy or wellness care (a plus)

Strong communication organizational and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced team environment
