OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking a Building Maintenance Technician for our Irondale Equipment Facility located in on the south side of Chicago IL.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Opening of Facilities.
- Checking all mechanical rooms for any potential issues.
- Assisting contractors.
- Stocking of paper in all copier rooms.
- Picking up of all trash on exterior grounds daily. Rotation of 307 garbage 3 yarders
- Many general maintenance items including putting chairs together hanging of pictures replacing fridge filters etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma
- Basic knowledge of facility operations
- Mechanical skills a plus
- Hourly Range: $19.31 - $28.96
