The Change Management Lead will oversee the organizational change strategy for a large-scale government program or contract. This role focuses on ensuring that new processes systems and technologies are adopted successfully by federal stakeholders and end-users. The Change Management Lead partners with program leadership government clients and cross-functional teams to minimize resistance improve adoption and drive measurable outcomes aligned with contract objectives.
Job Location: Remote work is authorized. Must support US Eastern time zone working hours.

What You Will Do:
Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans in alignment with government contract requirements.
Lead organizational readiness assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify impacts of changes on federal employees contractors and mission outcomes.
Partner with program managers technical teams and government clients to integrate change management activities into program delivery.
Design and deliver stakeholder engagement plans communications and training tailored to federal agency environments.
Provide coaching and guidance to government stakeholders and contract staff on change leadership practices.
Identify manage and mitigate risks associated with adoption and organizational resistance.
Monitor adoption metrics track progress against change goals and provide status reporting to contract leadership and government stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with federal standards policies and communication protocols throughout the change process.
What You Will Bring With You:
U.S. Citizenship or a Green Card is required due to federal contract requirements
Candidate must reside in the U.S. be authorized to work in the U.S. and all work must be performed in the U.S.
Candidate must have lived in the U.S. for three (3) full years out of the last five (5) years.
Bachelors degree in business Organizational Development Communications or related field
Requires 8 years of enterprise Human-Centered Change/Design (HCC/HCD) including federal training rollouts and the ability to demonstrate measurable adoption KPI.
At least 3 years in a leadership role.
What We Would Like You To Bring With You:
Masters degree preferred.
Prior experience leading change management to or similar platform within a Federal Government Agency.
Experience leading training sessions including developing training content such as user guides videos and webinars.
Experience creating and executing communication plans.
Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g. ADKAR Prosci Kotter).
Experience working with program managers and technical teams on IT modernization system implementation or process transformation projects.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface effectively at all levels of the business.
Organized detailed oriented and able to prioritize and multi-task.
