Status: Full Time
- Taproom Operations: Oversee daily opening and closing duties including cash handling cleanliness and restocking to ensure a smooth service
- Beer & Service Quality: Maintain beer freshness and proper serving standards while delivering a welcoming knowledgeable and engaging guest experience
- Team Leadership & Training: Lead train and support taproom staff fostering a positive collaborative and hospitality-driven culture
- Guest Experience: Greet guests warmly provide recommendations assist with orders touch tables and ensure an outstanding guest experience
- Sales & Inventory: Track sales trends manage retail and draft inventory and ensure proper ordering and organization of supplies
- Events & Atmosphere: Help plan and execute private and public events while maintaining an inviting atmosphere with the right music temperature and layout
- Compliance & Transactions: Accurately process payments verify IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Scheduling & Staffing: Create and manage schedules
- Collaboration & Growth: Work closely with leadership marketing and events teams to support the taprooms success and continuously improve operations.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- TIPS and/or ServSafe Certified Crowd Manager Certified
- Minimum 5 years hospitality experience required; hospitality management experience preferred and brewery experience is a huge plus!
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to motivate lead and develop a strong team and individual team members
- Exceptional time management multi-tasking & prioritization skills
- Knowledge of POS systems scheduling software and office/Google applications
- Demonstrates an eagerness for listening to ideas questions and feedback with trust and respect
- Exhibits a strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork
- Exercises discretion in handling and disseminating financial and non-financial information
- Easily flexes and adapts to adjust to sudden changes
- Ability to lift at least 50 lb
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or provide documentation to receive a religious or medical exemption
- Continuously reach bend lift carry stoop and wipe

Night Shift
In a Somerville MA apartment in 2007 when 3 friends began homebrewing beer for friends and family. Their hobby took place after work often stretching late into the night - what they called their night shift. Driven by a passion to craft more interesting and flavorful beers than the commercial options available they turned that hobby into something 2012 Night Shift Brewing officially launched in a small Everett warehouse setting the foundation for what would become a thriving independent brewery.
Today Night Shift Brewing continues to grow fueled by the same commitment to creativity quality and community. With a dedicated team of hardworking staff the company operates a taproom and brewery in Everett a restaurant and brewery at Lovejoy Wharf in Boston and a handful of seasonal Owls Nest beer gardens. Its portfolio of beverages can be found across the Northeast and beyond. Wormtown
Wormtown Brewery started in 2010 on Park Ave in Worcester MA transforming an old ice cream shop into a small brewery. From the beginning the focus was on crafting great beer while staying true to its hometown roots. With strong support from the local community new recipes were created and refined.
Then came Be Hoppya bold West Coast IPA released at the height of the Hazy New England IPA craze. It stood out from the pack and quickly became a fan favorite.
As word spread so did the brewery. What started as a small Worcester operation grew into two taprooms and a brand recognized across New England. But no matter how far the beer travels the mission remains the same: to craft high-quality beer that brings people together with a smile one pint at a time.
