Job Summary

Operate HAAS CNC vertical mill with limited supervision.
Make minor offset adjustments and/or tool changes.
Ability to perform intermediate programming changes/updates.
Ability to read and understand G & M codes.
Load and unload equipment and materials.
Produce quality parts in a timely manner.
Handle stock or work pieces. Position and secure in machine using vices jaws trays or similar fixtures.
Perform in-process inspection of parts to verify conformance with samples and specifications using mics gauges and indicators.
Remove steel chips from machines and place in proper containers.
Maintain a clean and safe work area. Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Able to work on your feet for minimum 8 hours per day.
Able to operate a manual lathe.
