About the Role
Join our Lisbon-based team for a digital banking project as a Customer Experience Specialist. You will support customers with account management transactions and online services while ensuring trust and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound queries (chat phone email).
Assist with accounts payments and app support.
- Deliver professional empathetic high-quality service.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction & compliance standards.
Requirements - Irish citizens with C1/C2 English 12 months experience in Customer Service Banking Financial Services or Insurance in Ireland.
OR
Non-Irish citizens with C1/C2 English 12 months experience in Customer Service Banking Financial Services or Insurance in Ireland.
Other skills: excellent communication problem-solving mindset and motivation to relocate.
