Job Summary
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Technician to handle installation maintenance and repair of plumbing and mechanical systems in residential commercial and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the FM (Facility Management) industry.
Key Responsibilities

Skilled in the installation and maintenance of PPR PVC GI and copper piping.

Repair leaks blockages sanitary fittings water heaters and valves.

Work with domestic and industrial water supply systems.

Maintain drainage systems and monitor pump operations.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks as required.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements

Diploma or ITI Certificate in Mechanical or Plumbing or related field.

Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in the FM (Facility Management) industry.

Strong knowledge of plumbing piping systems and water supply maintenance.

Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and plumbing issues.

Teamwork reliability and adherence to safety standards.
