Job Summary
Key responsibilities include leading and growing Pro-Retailer network for Home & Distribution power products. You will also execute business plans drive promotional activities and manage sales targets by engaging directly with authorized pro-retailers across assigned territories. Your role will be responsible for expanding point-of-sale coverage delivering product training and promoting transactional offers to boost sell-out performance.
Job Description
- Execute business plan strategies and promotional activities.
- Manage authorized companys pro-retailers by organizing sales visit within assigned territory and number of point of sales.
- Meet pro-retailers in person pitching products & services and promoting the companys offerings/marketing program face-to-face.
- Responsible for carrying and meeting sales targets in addition to managing the number of point of sales which means they are tasked with achieving specific sales goals or quotas through their direct interactions with pro-retailers.
- Persuasively promote the companys products/offerings to meet or exceed the set sales targets.
- Maintain relationships with pro-retailers by providing support information and guidance for companys products.
- Territory management - POS expansion all Regions - to recruit new pro- retailers.
- Promoting the companys transactional offers.
- Support authorized pro-retailers with product knowledge and training.
- Drive sell-out and ensuring offer attractiveness in the Pro-Retails channel.
Job Requirements
- Min Diploma/Degree in Engineering / Business Administration or any other related discipline.
- Preferably with above 3 years of working experience in channel/ distribution especially in managing pro-retailers. Candidates from other industries also may apply.
- Knowledge of Low Voltage products is advantageous.
- Demonstrated successful sales track record in electrical/ modern trade channel or other Tier 2 industries.
- Territory / channel management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and account development skill.
- Demonstrated experience in channel marketing and handling sell through (sell out) program.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skill.
- Proficiency in English Malay and Mandarin. Knowledge of Cantonese and Hokkien dialects is an added advantage.
- Able to work with different levels of stakeholders.
