As a Trust Professional Associate within the Trusts & Estates team you will play a key role in supporting account management processes. You will collaborate with US-based teams to ensure accurate documentation asset valuation and client service. You will contribute to the delivery of high-quality fiduciary solutions for our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Annotate trust documents to identify parties powers and provisions.
- Perform quality assurance on account codings for accuracy.
- Obtain market valuations for trust assets from various sources.
- Update tax codes to support correct tax return preparation.
- Gather and provide missing tax information to vendors.
- Review and update transaction descriptions for money movements.
- Research and resolve returned mail and address changes.
- Set up and maintain JP Morgan online access for clients.
- Manage client statement addresses and updates.
- Mentor and develop junior team members.
- Collaborate with US teams to ensure seamless account management.
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- Demonstrate at least 12 years of financial services experience.
- Exhibit strong technical skills in data and systems management.
- Apply critical thinking to solve problems and manage risks.
- Communicate clearly and manage time effectively.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
- Lead teams with 3 years of management experience.
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Possess a legal degree or background in law.
- Display experience in Trusts & Estates operations.
- Utilize advanced data interpretation and translation skills.
- Adapt quickly to changing business needs.
- Guide junior professionals in their development.
