About The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has become available to join the Learning and Development Team as a Training Specialist this role youll play an integral part in executing and facilitating employee development programs within our Leisure Business across the Americas.
Youll deliver impactful onboarding and reboarding training support system and process rollouts and help develop a culture of continuous learning. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments enjoys working with people and is passionate about learning and development.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging high-impact training programs to onboard and reboard Leisure Travel Consultants across the Americas
Facilitate sessions virtually in-person in small groups or 1:1 using adult learning best practices
Guide learners through key performance milestones and support knowledge retention through clear learning outcomes
Create revise and maintain training materials for various formats including instructor-led self-guided and virtual learning
Support training initiatives for product rollouts process updates and systems implementation
Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs and build targeted learning pathways
Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback performance data and learner outcomes
Manage logistics such as scheduling enrollment communication and venue coordination
Travel regularly across the U.S. Canada and occasionally internationally to support training delivery
Collaborate with global L&D peers to align content and ensure a consistent learner experience
Represent the L&D team as a culture-builder and advocate for employee development
Experience & Qualifications
Based in Canada with the ability to travel frequently to U.S. offices and internationally
Willing and able to travel regularly in support of training facilitation
Preferred Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in a Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) role
Experience in adult learning training facilitation or instructional design

For this position we anticipate offering an annual salary of $70000. Base salary is dependent on relevant factors including experience geographic location and job requirements.
