Location and Home- Centaur is a 94 Bed Residential Aged Care Home located in Caloundra

The Job:

As a Registered Nurse you will use your clinical skills to deliver a person-centred care and service delivery for all Residents. Provide safe and effective evidence-based care through assessing planning implementing delivering and evaluating care for Residents in accordance with scope of practice and coordinated health and allied services care planning.

Previous Aged Care experience highly regarded.
You will have a passion for Aged Care industry
Complete all training as required.
High level of English skills written and verbal.
Collaborative and friendly approach to all team members residents and their family/friends / visitors
