Temp To Full-Time

Senior Textile MOSet up operate and perform routine maintenance on production and resolve process and quality issues regular quality checks and ensure compliance with company safety with engineering QA and production teams to improve efficiency and resolve operational and enhance standard operating procedures (SOPs).Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing process and train junior operators providing technical guidance and knowledge-sharing without direct supervisory accurate documentation of production quality and maintenance activities.
