Want a seat at our table Were seeking a strategic and hands-on VP of Data and AI to lead the development and execution of our AI and machine learning this key leadership role youll guide high-impact projects from concept to implementation ensuring they deliver measurable results across the business. Youll manage and mentor a cross-functional team of data scientists engineers and AI specialistsfostering innovation improving operational efficiency and shaping the future of data-driven decision-making at Ziosk.
The Main Course Responsibilities
- Shape AI Strategy Lead our AI and machine learning roadmap to drive innovation and business impact.
- Drive AI Projects Oversee AI/ML initiatives from idea to implementation ensuring they scale effectively and align with company goals.
- Manage Data Systems Ensure strong data governance and build reliable pipelines for collecting storing and processing high-quality data.
- Partner Across Teams Collaborate with departments across the business to identify opportunities and integrate AI solutions that add value.
- Select the Right Tools Choose and implement the best AI platforms and technologies working closely with IT to support scalability.
- Measure Success Set clear KPIs for AI initiatives and continuously optimize model performance for accuracy and fairness.
What You Bring to the Table Qualifications
- Masters degree in Data Science AI Computer Science or a related field
- 810 years of experience in AI/ML including 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven success delivering scalable AI solutions and managing cross-functional teams
- Strong technical skills in AI/ML frameworks big data tools and cloud platforms
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
