Inventory Specialist The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for managing physical inventory ensuring accurate inventory control and maintaining inventory management systems. Daily tasks include tracking inventory levels conducting regular inventory audits and coordinating with other departments to ensure inventory accuracy. The role involves working closely with the customer service team to meet customer needs and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.
Qualifications
Skills in Physical Inventory Inventory Control and Inventory Management
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficiency in inventory management software is a plus
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Manage the inventory for parts
Utilize provided project BoMs to pull parts for assembly
Provide shortage lists to engineering/purchasing
Maintain inventory levels to meet anticipated sales in coordination with management
