As a Detailer your essential job functions include:
Being responsible for cleaning and refurbishing vehicles to meet our companys quality standards. This includes both the interior and exterior of vehicles ensuring that each car is presented in pristine condition.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning washing waxing and polishing of vehicle exteriors.
- Vacuum shampoo and clean vehicle interiors including upholstery carpets and floor mats.
- Clean and polish vehicle windows mirrors and chrome accessories.
- Apply protective finishes to ensure a long-lasting shine and protection.
- Inspect vehicles for any noticeable defects or areas needing attention.
- Use appropriate cleaning products and tools for each task maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing workspace.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures including safety and health regulations.
- Report any damage or issues to Management immediately.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction.

Position Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in automotive detailing preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for vehicle care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
Physical Job Requirements
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting bending and standing for extended periods.
- Must be capable of simple and fine motor hand manipulations.
- Work in ventilated automotive repair shops refurbishing facilities or outdoor.
- Ability to operate various detailing equipment and tools.
Drug Policy
- All applicants being considered for employment must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications experience and geographic location.
The starting compensation is expected to be:
15hr piece rate30000.00 Estimated first year income
