As a Production Test Engineer youll help to influence test strategies architectures systems and transition to production by using data analysis and Root Cause Corrective Action methodologies. Youll also help to validate and ensure compliance of the prime hardware to technical data package requirements and supporting test equipment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Helping to validatenew or modified test equipment for production use ensuring accuracy of work instructions and that test equipment and software meet product-specific test requirements
• Assisting with analysis of predictive metrics failure mode and test yields
• Assisting with preliminary investigations for problem resolution
• Participatingin non-routine fault isolation diagnosisand repair of the product or test equipment
• Assisting in delivering technical training to production test specialists and metrology personnel
• Availability to cover additional shifts including some weekend work

This job is posted as ONSITE and is based at Raytheons Farmington NM site.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically Requires a Bachelors degree in Science Technology Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience inmanufacturing and/or production test environments
• Experience with dataanalysisor Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA)

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Experiencewith electronics/electrical engineering basic mechanical engineering orbasic computer programming
• Experience with hands-on hardware integration andtroubleshooting
• Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
• Ability tomulti-taskin afast-pacedenvironment
• Preferred college degrees include: Electrical Engineering Computer Engineeringor Physics
