Senior Timing Closure Engineer STA / Signoff Description: Drives timing convergence across block- and chip-level designs using Cadence Tempus for GF 22nm. Leads STA strategy for setup hold and OCV across corners ensuring signoff-ready timing reports. Partners with synthesis and physical design teams to implement ECOs and reduce critical path bottlenecks. Provides timing closure leadership mentoring engineers in advanced timing methodologies. Requirements: 8 years in STA and timing closure with Cadence Tempus or Synopsys PrimeTime. Expertise in constraint management CDC verification and multi-clock designs. Strong understanding of GF 22FDX PVT derates and variability handling. Leadership in resolving late-stage signoff issues and driving ECO closure.
The anticipated annual base salary for this position is between $140000 to $160000 which also includes a comprehensive benefits package.
