The Service Advisor is a positive high-energy customer-focused position in a fast-paced tire and automotive service facility.
- Act as Main Sales person and contact for customers.
- Write and sell Maintenance Repairs & Tires work confidently.
- Clearly explain recommendations and costs.
- Coordinate with technicians to complete work on time.
- Manage the repair order process from write-up to invoicing and payment.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs for service categories.
- Maintain high standards of organization cleanliness and professionalism at the front desk.
- Prior experience in automotive service writing or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic automotive knowledge and a passion for the industry.
- High integrity attention to detail and a sales-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable using point-of-sale software and digital inspection tools.
- Valid drivers license required.
