Job Summary and Responsibilities
We are offering up to a $10000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates
Responsibilities:
- The registered nurse provides high quality skilled nursing services
- Assists the patients to achieve optimum health and functional health status following an illness requiring hospitalization.
- Collaborating with physicians and other health care professionals the Registered Nurse prepares the patient and family for discharge to home or another setting for continued care.
Job Requirements
We require:
- Current WA State RN license required.
- Two (2) or more years of recent Critical Care experience preferred.
- EKG Monitor Validation & ACLS will be required within 90 days of hire.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing approved by the Washington State Board of Nursing
- Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire. This ongoing competency is required through resources internal to the facility; outside RQI competency resources are not acceptable for CommonSpirit Health compliance requirements.
Additional Preferred Qualifications: Open Heart experience; Interventional Cardiology experience and device experience; and CCRN.
