Do you have experience with IT recruitment specifically in SAP and would you like to draw on your
experience in a IT&SAP company that belongs to reputable IT/SAP service providers
Right now we are expanding our internal Recruitment team in Poland.
We are looking for a colleague who likes the IT world loves to communicate with people is not afraid of new challenges and prefers to work in an informal working environment.

Right now we are expanding our internal Recruitment team in Poland.
We are looking for a colleague who likes the IT world loves to communicate with people is not afraid of new challenges and prefers to work in an informal working environment.
Your mission
- participation in various forms of recruitment (staff augmentation mass recruitment headhunting and others)
- searching SAP experts for our open SAP projects (our end-clients are renowned European clients)
- conducting phone/online and personal interviews with potential candidates in Polish or in English/German languages
- updating and creating Job Descriptions and subsequent publication on social networks (Facebook LinkedIn) and our website
- placing advertisements of new job vacancies (job portals)
- drawing up reports at regular intervals
- you will be a part of the Czech/Slovak/Polish/Bulgarian/German/Romanian recruitment team
- experience in leading a team is an advantage
- proactive creating of the network of SAP specialists in Poland
- active work with Linkedin Xing freelancers web portals ...
- participation in career events
Your profile
- experience with IT/SAP recruiting of at least 5 years
- education in the field of HR or in similar fields (e.g. psychology) is an advantage
- established networking of IT (SAP) specialists (mainly on LinkedIn)
- Polish - native English upper-intermediate (B2) German an advantage
- Independence
