The Role
As our Sales Development Representative (SDR) youll be the first point of contact for potential clientssparking conversations uncovering opportunities and laying the groundwork for long-term partnerships. Working alongside our sales and account management teams youll generate qualified leads nurture relationships and drive a healthy sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers via phone email and social platforms
- Qualify leads and book meetings for senior sales colleagues
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Develop a strong understanding of our solutions to confidently discuss them with prospects
- Collaborate with the wider sales team to ensure smooth prospect handovers
About You
- Proven track record in B2B sales or lead generation
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Resilient self-motivated and results-driven
- Able to work independently while thriving in a team environment
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident using CRM systems and sales tools
