Job Description
We are excited to be working with a glamorous fine dining restaurant in the heart of Mayfair. Following a full refurbishment they are now seeking an ambitious Senior Chef De Partie to join their 14-strong brigade and play a vital role in delivering a truly exceptional dining experience.
Due to the restaurants late-night menu on selected days youll need to be flexible with shifts including finishes of up to 2am.

- Up to 18 per hour including service charge

Responsibilities as a Senior Chef De Partie
- Running your own section to the highest standards of precision and consistency
- Supporting the Sous Chef and wider team during busy services
- Catering for up to 50 covers at lunch 220 at dinner and 60 in the private dining room
- Helping to train and mentor junior chefs within the brigade
- Upholding impeccable standards of hygiene organisation and compliance
Youll be a great fit if you:
- Have solid experience as a Chef De Partie or Senior Chef De Partie in a high-end fine dining or luxury hospitality environment
- Thrive in a fast-paced high-volume service while maintaining attention to detail
- Are a confident and organised chef who takes pride in their craft
- Have the drive to progress and the passion to deliver exceptional food every day
