Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for mobile service customers
- Schedule and coordinate mobile service appointments
- Clearly explain maintenance and repair recommendations
- Create accurate service estimates and invoices
- Collaborate with mobile technicians to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
- Maintain customer records and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Promote dealership services and build long-term customer relationships
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor/ Appointment Scheduler in a dealership or service center (Ford/Lincoln preferred)
- Excellent communication organizational and customer service skills
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a mobile work environment
- Professional positive and team-oriented attitude
