Asset and Strategy Engineering Lead

Where will you work: Onsite at our FishHawk offices (13830 Circa Crossing Drive

Are you a seasoned engineering leader with a passion for maintenance reliability and operational excellence in the chemical process industry Mosaic is seeking an asset and strategy engineering lead to join our dynamic team driving best-in-class reliability and maintenance practices across multiple production sites specializing in sulfuric and phosphoric this strategic role youll lead the development and implementation of asset strategies for critical equipment collaborating closely with Operations Maintenance and Engineering teams to influence decisions and elevate asset performance. What Youll Do:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert leveraging deep knowledge of process operations and maintenance to build trust and credibility with stakeholders at each site.

  • Facilitate Root Cause Analysis Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify and address recurring issues.

  • Guide and mentor site teams in adopting best practices for preventive and predictive maintenance ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.

  • Support capital planning and asset lifecycle management providing prioritized recommendations for sustaining capital investments.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement safety and collaboration across all sites.

What youll need:

  • Bachelors degree in engineering

  • Proven leader with 10 years of experience in maintenance reliability and operations within sulfuric acid or phosphoric acid production facilities

  • Solid understanding of process operations mechanical integrity and asset management in chemical manufacturing environments

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels driving change and building consensus

  • Experience working across multiple sites or business units with a track record of delivering results in complex matrixed organizations

  • Excellent communication leadership and team-building skills

  • Deep familiarity with rotating equipment pressure vessels piping systems and process instrumentation in acid production

  • Hands-on experience with SAP S4 Hana or similar ERP system reliability engineering tools and predictive maintenance technologies

  • Knowledge of applicable codes standards and safety regulations for chemical process industries

  • Facilitation experience with RCM and FMEA

  • Development and optimization of PM procedures

  • Ability to travel between sites as needed

  • Advanced degree or relevant certifications such as: CMRP CRE CRL CSSBB
