Job Summary
A vibrant Good School in West Wickham is seeking a passionate and committed Year 1 Teacher to join their KS1 team from January 2026. This is a Full-Time Year 1 Teacher role offering an excellent opportunity to shape childrens early educational journeys in a nurturing and supportive environment.

The Year 1 Teacher Role
- Deliver engaging lessons across the Year 1 curriculum.
- Support pupils in developing literacy numeracy and wider skills.
- Assess and track pupil progress carefully adapting teaching where needed.
- Foster strong relationships with parents and carers to support learning.
- Take part in extracurricular activities and wider school initiatives.
Requirements
- QTS and experience teaching KS1 ideally Year 1.
- A passion for teaching and the ability to create an inclusive environment.
- Strong classroom management skills.
