Our client is looking for an ambitious teacher of Psychology & Sociology to join a rigorous and inclusive secondary school in Birmingham. This is a fulltime permanent role starting January 2026.

This is an outstanding chance for a teacher who is passionate about human behaviour social systems identity research methods and societal issues. You will teach across KS4 (GCSE) and KS5 (ALevel) Psychology and Sociology developing students critical thinking analytical skills and ability to engage with empirical data. The school encourages embedding of current research current affairs and debate alongside strong pastoral support. Both experienced teachers and those new to ALevel but with relevant subject knowledge are welcome.
Experience and Qualifications
Qualified Psychology & Sociology Teacher with QTS or equivalent
Strong subject knowledge in both Psychology and Sociology including research methods
Experience teaching at GCSE and ideally ALevel; interest in delivering enriched discussionbased learning
Legal right to work in the UK
