About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Psychology Teacher to join an Ofsted Outstanding mixed non-faith secondary school in Buckingham. The successful candidate will teach Psychology across KS4 and KS5 delivering an engaging curriculum that develops students understanding of human behaviour critical thinking and research skills. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and high-quality Psychology lessons across KS4 and KS5
- Motivate and inspire students to develop analytical evaluative and research skills
- Track and assess student progress providing clear feedback and targeted support
- Contribute to the development of an innovative and challenging Psychology curriculum
- Support enrichment activities including Psychology clubs university links and study visits
- Maintain high expectations of student achievement and behaviour

This Ofsted Outstanding mixed non-faith academy has approximately 1350 students on roll including a vibrant sixth form of around 300 students. The school has a strong academic record with 74% of students achieving grades 94 in English and Maths at GCSE and a Progress 8 score well above the national average. About You
- A degree in Psychology or a related subject
- QTS (PGCE or equivalent) with the ability to teach KS4KS5
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Psychology
- Commitment to high-quality teaching and student achievement
- Legal right to work in the UK
