Job Summary

Are you an Excel VBA wizard ready to take on a critical project in the public sector Join a multidisciplinary team in Brussels where youll analyze reverse-engineer and document a large number of Excel-based tools to prepare them for future migration into modern technologies.

What youll do:

Review and analyze Excel VBA-based tools used by operational teams
Create detailed technical & functional documentation (including VBA logic workflows & UX)
Reverse-engineer macros and identify risks performance issues & technical debt
Collaborate with operational teams and developers to validate and improve processes
Contribute to an Agile squad sharing expertise and refining features

What you bring:
Expertise in Excel VBA & VBA Editor
Strong reverse-engineering and documentation skills
SQL Server knowledge (mediumexpert level)
Analytical mindset with problem-solving attitude
Agile methodology experience
Bonus: Knowledge of IAM / RBAC methodology

Languages: French OR Dutch (preferred) good English (mandatory)
