CREDENTIALS: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program diploma M.S. or B.S. degree required. License to practice or eligible to practice in State of Maine. Valid Maine driver s license. Previous patient care experience preferred. CPR/Basic Life Support Certification required.
