Job Description
Title: Mainframe Developer
Location: Florham Park NJ - Hybrid
Position Summary:
Our direct client is seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer with hands-on expertise in FIS and OMNI. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge of mainframe environments and proven experience in developing enhancing and supporting banking applications.
Responsibilities:
- Develop enhance and maintain mainframe applications with a focus on FIS and OMNI systems.
- Work with COBOL JCL CICS and DB2 to support critical banking functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements troubleshoot issues and deliver scalable solutions.
- Ensure application stability performance and compliance with financial industry standards.
- Support ongoing enhancements and system integrations as required.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience as a Mainframe Developer in enterprise environments.
- Hands-on expertise with FIS applications and OMNI core banking system.
- Proficiency in COBOL JCL CICS DB2 and related mainframe technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a hybrid/remote environment.
