Job Description
agap2 is a European engineering services company founded in 2005 and specialized in the industry. We work in the Railway Aviation Aerospace Semiconductors Chemicals Infrastructure Transportation and Information Technology sectors.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee technical projects across the entire lifecycle from concept through delivery and validation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering production quality and procurement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant rail industry standards safety regulations and customer specifications.
- Act as a technical interface with clients suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor budgets schedules and resources to ensure efficient project execution.
- Prepare and deliver technical documentation status reports and presentations for management and customers.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven track record in technical project management in the rail or transportation industry is required.
- Strong understanding of complex technical systems and integration processes.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Structured solution-oriented and proactive working style with strong leadership qualities.
