Job Description
Join the Architecture team to design implement and maintain automated cloud-based systems. The focus is primarily on Oracle Cloud (OCI) while experience with other major CSPs is welcome. Youll collaborate closely with the Lead Architect and engineering teams to deliver new cloud initiatives and continuously improve existing platforms.
- Design develop and deploy modular cloud solutions
- Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (especially Terraform) following best practices
- Develop and maintain an architecture automation framework using Python and integrating it into DevOps pipelines (e.g. GitHub) to deploy client environments to the cloud
- Identify analyze and resolve infrastructure challenges (performance reliability security costs)
- Standardize patterns/guardrails and increase Architecture team efficiency (blueprints re-use)
- Review existing systems and recommend improvements and cost optimizations
-->Onsite presence in Bioggio (TI) 34 days/week
-->Remote work only from within Switzerland
- Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role
- Strong Terraform skills on at least one major CSP (OCI/AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Proficiency in Python for automation/tooling
- Solid grasp of DevOps practices and Git workflows (e.g. GitHub Projects/Actions)
- Excellent troubleshooting analytical communication and collaboration skills
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud (OCI) - nice-to-have
- Knowledge of cost management security/IAM policies and networking (VPC/VNet) - nice-to-have
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science/Engineering or related field - nice-to-have
